We stayed here for one night on our way to Jaisalmer. The room was big and we didn’t have warm water problems, like mentioned in earlier reviews. The breakfast had some fresh fruit, yoghurt and some Indian dishes, small pancakes, omelettes and toast.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location! It looks run down, dirty upholstery, dirty linen. There is no heating in the rooms so we had to purchase portable heaters as we were travelling during winter. We were promised hot water 24/7 but the system was turned off at night. The surrounding is very noisy so is not ideal for light sleepers. Buffet dinner and breakfast was included in the package but had limited selection. Overall did not have a good experience to start our Rajasthan holiday. Would not come back to this hotel and would not recommend this hotel as it is not worth the money they charge.

Very average hotel, too expensive for the category. Especially very bad service in restaurant: super expensive and not very good food. They forced me to take the buffet, making me pay more. Moreover they tried to give me FAKE MONAY as change. DON'T GO THERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU STAY EAT OUTSIDE. the waiter doesn't speak English at all and asked me to pay before finishing my meal.

We arrived in the evening after what appeared to have been a busy weekend for the hotel staff. The hotel is located in the middle of a run-down part of town amidst falling down buildings, trash, cows sleeping/eating the trash. The rooms were not ready and were not clean when they were made available. The staff seemed ill-prepared to provide service, though they did try and did smile a lot. The dining facilities were rooftop and cold at this time of year. The place had not been cleaned; the tablecloths were dirty and apparently never changed. Dinner was only available after 8 pm, but it appeared there was no real service anyway. Breakfast was buffet style but many items were missing including coffee and tea. These eventually appeared but in small quantities. We were disappointed by this hotel and hope the owners will do the necessary to bring it up to standard.

Overall experience was good. Welcoming reception and courteous staff. Room is cozy but clean and well maintained. Location is also good. Removing one star for restaurant ambiance and restaurant manager behavior. Politeness is synonym of Hospitality. It was lacking in restaurant. Also, restaurant ambiance needs improvement. Overall we are happy.
